These Terms + Conditions govern the sale, supply, and delivery of all Almost Robots products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

(01) General
Almost Robots reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms + Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using this website or purchasing from Almost Robots, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.

(02) Products, Materials + Variation
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, materials, finishes, colours, dimensions, and details.

Due to the nature of manufacturing, materials, lighting conditions, and screen settings, slight variations may occur between displayed images and the final product.

Some products are intentionally experimental, sculptural, hand-finished, or produced in small batches; subtle differences, surface variation, texture, manufacturing marks, or finish inconsistencies are considered part of the object’s character.

Where applicable, materials may naturally vary in tone, texture, grain, or appearance and cannot be guaranteed to exactly match samples or previous production runs.

Almost Robots reserves the right to update, refine, modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.

(03) Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are considered accepted once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Almost Robots.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

(04) Pricing + Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, or import fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges associated with international orders.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

(05) Shipping + Delivery
All Almost Robots pieces are made to order in Melbourne, Australia by Jed Kelly and a small team of collaborators.

Estimated lead times vary between 2–8 weeks depending on the product and production schedule. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each individual product page.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Almost Robots is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, material shortages, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, failure to collect, or access issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

(06) Returns, Refunds + Exchanges
Because all Almost Robots products are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are final.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, lead times, and imagery before purchasing.

(07) Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order information.

Where appropriate, Almost Robots may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

(08) Order Changes + Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation or change requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, as production, sourcing, or manufacturing may have already commenced.

Because products are made to order, Almost Robots reserves the right to refuse cancellations once production has begun.

(09) Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, renders, photography, graphics, branding, text, videos, logos, and visual assets, is the property of Almost Robots and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

(10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almost Robots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

(11) Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(12) Governing Law
These Terms + Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
